Global Travelers, LLC dba Global Travelers & Company is built on a foundation of honesty and integrity allowing us to design unique events through specially curated travel experiences for our clientele of Arts  & Entertainment Icons, Social Medial Influencers, Non-Profit Organizations, Fortune 500 Companies and Family & Friend Groups.

No! Global Travelers caters to anyone looking to travel. Our ideal clients tend to be the professional man or woman that would like to step away from their day-to-day reality and see the world.
We are not a not membership-based service. We are a company that provides travel services. However, you can join our Facebook group to connect with other travelers and stay on top of new Global Travelers trips and updates.
We generally accept online payments through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover).
No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to read our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
Our platform is built to set our customers on a scheduled payment plan when you book a trip with us. You should make every effort to make a payment every due date. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.
You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.

No, we do not provide roommate matching. However, through our private FaceBook group, created for each trip, you can post a comment when seeking a roommate.

We leave this solely up to the travelers to use their discretion and perform  their own due-diligence.

Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email.
