Global Travelers, LLC has been built on a foundation of honesty and integrity allowing us to design unique travel experiences for our clients.
We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. We respond very quickly via email at info@globaltravelersllc.com
No! Global Travelers caters to anyone looking to travel. Our ideal clients tend to be the professional man or woman that would like to step away from their day-to-day reality and see the world.
Yes. We are always looking for more travel agents to join our team. At the top of our website is a link to start your journey to becoming a Global Traveler.
We are not a not membership-based service. We are a company that provides travel services. However, you can join our Facebook group to connect with other travelers and stay on top of new Global Travelers trips and updates.
We generally accept online payments through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover).
No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to read our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
Our platform is built to set our customers on a scheduled payment plan when you book a trip with us. You should make every effort to make a payment every due date. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.
You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.
Yes, we can arrange for roommate matching on select travel packages. Each travel event will list if roommate matching is available.
Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email.
